All coffee is roasted to order and we generally roast once a week to ensure your coffee order is as fresh as possible while keeping operational costs low. Your order can take from 1-7 days to process and ship.
All orders can only be cancelled before it is shipped. Products are usually shipped within 1-7 business days. Please notify us as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All coffee subscriptions can be cancelled or modified by utilizing the subscription fields in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. If you are having any trouble canceling or modifying your subscription, email us at email@example.com
Coffee and merchandise returns are accepted 7 days after delivery of product. Coffee returns are limited to 1 return per calendar year per customer. If you have any problems or questions regarding your coffee order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make it right.
