The Black 6 Project Standing Up Response Plans After Taal Volcano Eruption

On January 12th, 2020, Taal Volcano erupted and spewed steam and ash miles into the air. Many have evacuated in the municipalities that surround the volcano. Our prayers go out to our friends and family in the Philippines during this time.

Our nonprofit and disaster relief sector, The Black 6 Project, has activated Operation Taal. The operation will begin collecting monetary donations, supplies, and recruit volunteers to aid in the areas affected by the eruption.

We ask if you have donations of N95 masks, feminine hygiene products, and lightly used clothes, please contact us at to coordinate pick up or drop off of donations.

You can help us by donating monetary funds to our secure site for this operation:

One of our coffee producers, Tito Randy is located in Amadeo, Cavite. Many farmers are affected by a large amount of ashfall, killing their crops and animals as well as their houses. Their safety is our concern as many more areas are being forced to evacuate because of a potentially larger eruption by the volcano. Tremors have created large cracks in the road and some building structures. Please follow our social media pages on Instagram or Facebook to follow on our efforts to bring aid.
